Buteau Espiègle (Brother Tob) is the public relations officer of the National Center of The Haitian Apostolate and Coordinator of Radio Telé Solidarité. He finished high school in Haiti and studied Management and Communication at the St Laurent College and the University of Quebec in Canada. He is also a graduated from the Pastoral College .
Brother Buteau Espiègle has extensive experience in communications field. He has been serving s as the editor of the Weekly Bulletin of National Center of The Haitian Apostolate and Coordinator of Radio Tele Solidarite for six years. Prior to this he worked for Newsday, one of the newspaper companies in New York, for more than ten Years and for the Panorama Catolico, a Spanish newspaper. While he wrote a religious column entitled “Religion and Society” for the National Center of The Haitian Apostolate at the Newspaper Haiti Observateur for nearly three years.
Brother Tob can speak and write French , Creole, English and Spanish.
